Brian started his construction career helping his parents doing DIY projects on the family home. These projects fostered a love for construction that has sustained until today. Following College at Ohio University Brian continued in the construction industry by working as a superintendent for a home building company then as a Project Manager for various types of construction from custom home builds to large industrial facilities. His next chapter has been utilizing his construction experience by taking on projects that have returned him to his roots, remodeling family homes.

Lisa Douglas

Owner /Designer/CFO

Lisa’s work in corporate accounting was one of the driving factors pushing for the founding of a design build firm. Accounting, for Lisa, was not only boring it was also soul sucking. To combat this, Lisa would used design as her creative outlet. Helping family and friends design their spaces not only got her mind off of debits and credits but has led to a greater passion and has enabled her to hone her skills. Unfortunately for her she still hasn’t been able to shake accounting totally. She manages the finances and keeps project cost data enabling us to stay within budget.
